The playoffs between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets are set to get a lot more exciting as the Rockets won Game 4 and levelled the series 2-2. The four games between the teams so far has gone down to the wire, keeping fans at the edge of the seats as two of the best teams in the NBA battle it out to prove who is the best.
The Warriors won the first two games in the playoffs and many fans expected the Warriors to quickly advance and beat the Rockets before Game 7. However the Houston Rockets have shown just how hungry they are to beat the Warriors and to advance to the Finals. They have played phenomenally well in the last two games and made it count during the crucial moments to level the series.
With these two back to back wins, the Rockets will carry the winning momentum into Game 5 which takes place on May 7 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. The Warriors will have to dig deep for them to get back the momentum and win Game 5 which is going to be crucial for both teams. Whoever wins Game 5 could very well go on to win the Western Conference semi-finals.

The Warriors started Game 4 with a strong performance and led the first quarter 28-25. The Rockets got their act together in the second quarter as James Harden put in yet another fine performance and dominated the Warriors to win the second quarter with a 36-26 scoreline. The third quarter also went to the Rockets who finished 32-30 and had a nice lead over the Warriors going into final minutes of the fourth quarter.
The Warriors stepped up their game towards the final minutes of the game and it looked like we might be heading into extra time. However, the Rockets defended well and closed out the game 112-108. Harden finished the night with 38 points, 4 assists and 10 rebounds.
Kevin Durant and Steph Curry had a good night for the Warriors with Durant scoring 34 points and Curry scoring 30 but it wasn’t enough to get the Warriors home. The Warriors will need more support from the likes of Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala going into the next couple of games!
