Unibet and Playtech, the renowned online gaming developers have recently announced that they have developed apps for the new Apple Watch thereby giving punters an opportunity to experience great gaming action whilst on the go directly from their wrist.
The apps have currently been approved by Apple and Unibet’s app allows punters to sort their betting information according to their preference with ease whilst Playtech also offers the same identical app but also offering additional features giving full betting experience to punters on their wrist. For instance, Playtech’s app allows punters to cash out their winnings with ease.
Ed Nicholson, Unibet Head of Sportsbook Marketing commented on the release of the company’s app for Apple Watch and said,
We ensure that Apple Watch users will greatly makes use of their watch for communication and information tool also giving the abilities of it being compared to the smartphones of nowadays. Timing and knowledge is essential and this also gives punters access to information promptly whilst on the go.
Playtech’s app will first be live at Coral since it made an agreement with the firm and will later be made available to other operators. Playtech believes that the cash out features will definitely put Coral’s mobile betting app above the rest for the time being.
Keith O’Loughlin, Coral Sportsbook Director commented on the release of app and said,
this is actually a fantastic app providing immediate interaction between the operator and customers at which this will enhance our Omni Channel solution with Playtech thereby providing high-end technology.
Reports indicate that before the Apple Watch was rolled out, it had already been sold out online and current orders beginning to ship by June.
