Calvin Kattar vs. Giga Chikadze
Calvin Kattar and Giga Chikadze will Main Event this card and fans can expect a banger as both fighters are exceptional strikers. The last time Kattar fought was back in Jan 2021 when he faced former champ Max Holloway and got outboxed and outclassed, even though he put up a phenomenal performance.
Kattar has made worked hard on his technique in the last 12 months to raise his game. He will be tested by Chikadze who fought at UFC Vegas 35 claims that he is an even better striker than Holloway. Chikadze is the most dangerous in the first two rounds of the fight as his cardio tends to slowdown going into the third round.
This five round Main Event is going to be a big test on his cardio. If Kattar and get past the first two rounds, he will fancy himself in the later rounds as Kattar is known for having great cardio. If Chikadze ends up winning this fight, especially by stoppage, he will likely be the next contender for a UFC featherweight title shot.
Current odds: Calvin Kattar (+195) / Giga Chikadze (-230)
Some of the other great fights to watch out for on this card include is a flyweight bout between two former title challengers Katlyn Chookagian and Jennifer Maia, and a heavyweight clash between Chase Sherman and Jake Collier.
