As the Grand National is fast approaching, if you are looking to place a bet in the next couple of weeks on this annual horse race then today we are going to take a look at the horses which we think have the best chance of getting placed at the very least in the Grand National of 2014.
As all of the many different UK online betting sites and bookmakers are offering payouts on each way bets for up to five placed positions in the race we have chosen to name five horses that may just be worth you placing a small wager on, and with the odds quite high on these horses listed below, when you place an each way bet even if your horse doesn’t win if it gets placed then some quite high winning payouts will still be awarded even though it only got placed, if of course it does get placed!
- Tidal Bay – We think that Tidal Bay should be one of the horses every punter places a wager on at this year’s Grand National the odds are currently around 16 to 1 and the form of this horse really does speak volumes!
- Double Seven – Another horse which may be worth a small each way bet on the 2014 running of the Grand National is Double Seven, it is going to be a popular choice with many superstitious punters, however as the odds are around 25 to 1 this horse will return some hefty payouts if it wins or gets placed!
- Tea for Three – Another horse which is going to be worth some punters having a bet on is Tea for Three and the reason many people will opt to place a wager on this horse is that it is currently the 10 to 1 favourite, however do remember favourites do not tend to win this race very often!
- Quinz – We have picked out Quinz as this horse is currently available at odds of 100 to 1, and whilst those odds may seem huge and give the horse no chance of winning, always remember the horse does not know its odds!
- Out Now – Another horse which may just have a chance of sneaking into a prize paying position is Out Now, and being available at odds of around 66 to 1 the winnings will be there for the taking if it does manage to stay in one of the prize paying positions!
