One of the biggest superstars in the WWE is the current Universal Champ Brock Lesnar who will come to the end of his contract after WrestleMania 35. Lesnar has a massive fan base across the world as he is a veteran WWE performer and also a mixed martial arts fighter who is a former UFC Champion.
Brock Lesnar was expected to step into the UFC Octagon in early 2019 to face UFC heavyweight champ Daniel Cormier. The WWE and the UFC were open to getting Lesnar who is a former UFC heavyweight champ himself back into the Octagon for a one-off fight. However, Lesnar decided to stick with the WWE as he has an important role to play at WrestleMania 35.
The WWE puts on a number of premier events each year but its flagship event has always been WrestleMania. Vince McMahon and his team always look to get the biggest superstars to take part during WrestleMania and Brock Lesnar was always going to be a part of WrestleMania 35 provided he was healthy.
WrestleMania 35 is scheduled to take place at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on April 7. This will be the 35th WrestleMania event hosted by the WWE and Brock Lesnar will defend his Universal Championship against Seth Rollins. It will be interesting to see the outcome of this match. If Lesnar retains his belt, it most likely means that he will be staying on with the WWE.

However, if he loses the belt, it could mean that Brock Lesnar is once again preparing to fight in the UFC.
UFC light heavyweight champ Jon Jones is still keen on fighting Brock Lesnar. Jones has called out Brock Lesnar before but things did not progress as Jones was suspended for a failed drug test.
UFC heavyweight champ Daniel Cormier then decided to follow in Jon Jones footsteps and call out Brock Lesnar and MMA fans were expecting the two to fight earlier this year. Should Brock decide to return to the Octagon, it will be interesting to see if he prefers to fight Jon Jones or Daniel Cormier.
Jon Jones will fight on Sunday night against Anthony Smith and should he win, he could very well call out Brock Lesnar. Jones has made it clear that he has already beat Daniel Cormier twice and is more interested in Lesnar because of his huge fan base in the WWE.
