If you are a fan of the sport of Darts, then you will not need us to remind you that the 19th of July sees the start of the World Match Play Darts Tournament, and as usual there is a large line up of professional players taking place in this major tournament.
The first rounds of this tournaments start on the 19th of May at 7.00pm GMT and throughout the evening many players will be taking to the “Oche” to play against each other in the hope they will progress through to the next round.
To give you some ideas on the current odds on each Darts Player pairing below we have listed the best odds we have come across at each of our rated sports betting sites. - 21:00 Match: Van Gerwen, M v Beaton, S – It would appear that at odds of 1/10 there is no way in the world that Van Gerwen will lose this match, however if you do fancy the chances of S Beaton winning then there are some huge odds available and the best ones we have found on offer put him at odds of 5/1, so do hunt around if this match has taken your eye as there are some good odds available on the latter named player!
- 22:00 Match: Wade, J v Smith, A – The last match on the opening day of the World Match Play Darts Tournament sees the red hot favourite for the 22:00 match being James Wade take his chances against A Smith, the odds on Wade are currently 1/5 and the odds on Smith winning this match are much larger at 10/3.
